International Women's Day - we have the perfect baking recipe, men!

The best way to celebrate International Women's Day is with our delicious Nutella muffins. International Women's Day is celebrated again this year on 8 March & this year's theme is "Each for Equal".

International Women's Day was originally created to raise awareness and fight for the goals of emancipation, suffrage and equal rights for women. Even though the beginnings date back to the beginning of the 20th century and, for example, the right to vote is taken for granted today, there are still many areas in which equality is far from complete.

The actual symbol for International Women's Day is the red carnation, but today we have picked out a particularly delicious and simple recipe that all men can use to support women, and not just in culinary terms. Our delicious Nutella muffins!

  • Preparation
  • First, mix the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar and sunflower oil in a high mixing bowl.
  • Then add the flour and baking powder and stir in briefly with a spoon. Then add the milk and stir into the batter until smooth.
  • Then pour the batter into the muffin tins. However, do not fill the moulds 2/3 full. Add a large teaspoon of Nutella to each muffin. A little tip: If you warm the Nutella a little beforehand, it is easier to portion. To distribute the filling optimally, simply fold in the Nutella with a small fork in 1-2 circular motions.
  • Bake the muffins at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Afterwards, allow the muffins to cool for another 10 minutes (the filling is very hot!).
